Mon K-1 Art & Culture Exploration

Students get ready to pack their bags for great adventures across the globe! In this hands-on art class students will create passports and explore different countries through their famous artworks, unique cultures, and vibrant traditions. Each stop on our world tour includes fun activities like creating colorful crafts, picking up words in a new language, diving into the sights and sounds of each destination, and even getting a chance to sample local flavors. Through this journey, students will get a chance to see beyond the classroom walls, gain meaningful exposure to cultures beyond their own, and take a deeper dive into their understanding of the rich diversity within their own school community.
