For students eager for a challenge, this class introduces more advanced team-based sports, including Ultimate, Basketball, Floor Hockey, and Dodgeball! Players will refine their skills while developing strategic thinking, leadership, and sportsmanship. The emphasis on teamwork and resilience helps students gain confidence, strengthen social connections, and learn how to positively navigate competition in a supportive and motivating environment.
