Our athletics program focuses on the fundamentals of sport - especially the mental, physical and social aspects - to encourage enjoyment, teamwork, and self-confidence. This class offers an introduction to multiple individual and team sports and games. Each session includes team-building and warmups, skills and drills, scrimmages and tourneys, and guided reflection on individual goals and sportsmanship.
