Description

KP for Kids Karate is a goal-oriented traditional belt karate program with the addition of basic self-defense techniques and healthy Pilates exercises and meditation to promote core strength and focus for all activities. Our advanced students (yellow belts through black belts) also learn choreographed fight combinations, kumite (point fighting) and bo staff training. Students will develop physical abilities as well mental focus and concentration in a safe and supportive environment.
