Wed 3-5 Dance: Step

In our Step Team class, young dancers will immerse themselves in the dynamic world of stepping, guided by our innovative teaching artists. Students will learn the fundamental techniques and rhythms of this energetic percussive dance style while exploring its rich history and cultural significance. Throughout the semester, they will master foundational steps and progress to more complex routines, enhancing their coordination, teamwork, and creative expression. Dancers will work together to develop a cohesive performance piece, culminating in a showcase at the end of the semester that highlights their hard work and artistic growth.
