Our athletics program focuses on the fundamentals of sports - especially the mental, physical, and social aspects - to encourage enjoyment, teamwork, and self-confidence. Each session includes team-building and warmups, basketball skills and drills, scrimmages and tourneys, and guided reflection on individual goals and sportsmanship.
